They are very helpful and you can listen to many experiences, meet great cracks of the industry that like you and me are on the road improving every day, for this in my adventure in Dublin I met a great person Adrian Valera, I leave you his page (https://adrian.valeraroman.com/ and his blog https://blog.valeraroman.com/) so you know a little more, at the beginning we met in a very random way and he helped me in many tips, an acquaintance in the IT community in Dublin.

Decision to change

When I already had a stable life in Mexico, a friend of my soul, invited me to travel with her, one of the places to visit on the list was Dublin, returning from that trip, I started to think about what would improve my communication in English, that led me to decide that I wanted to take a course and be surrounded by the language.
