They are very helpful and you can listen to many experiences, meet great cracks of the industry that like you and me are on the road improving every day, for this in my adventure in Dublin I met a great person Adrian Valera, I leave you his page (https://adrian.valeraroman.com/ and his blog https://blog.valeraroman.com/) so you know a little more, at the beginning we met in a very random way and he helped me in many tips, an acquaintance in the IT community in Dublin.

Second tip Keep updating yourself, this is very important in IT as we are advancing by leaps and bounds every day, whatever your speciality is, we have to find out what is the trend in the job market.
